We are out to redefine personal training. To us, personal training should be, well, personal. It should be a focused effort to help you get the most out of every minute, whether its training or its writing down your goals and discussing nutrion. Each minute counts.

           Motivation

 

Motivation is a necessary factor in continuing to live a healthy lifestyle and because we are personal with our training, you are always free to text and call about nutrition questions, if you need motivation, and or just want to have a discussion with your trainer.

           Skinny jean challenge

 

We are so confident in your results, that we started a Skinny Jean challenge! Purchase a six month or 12 month personal training program, and we will purchase your first pair of "Lucky" brand skinny jeans! 

           Nutrition

 

Did you know, proper nutrtion provides at a minimum of 70% of your results? This is crucial in seeing results to transform your body and achieve the goals you set. Once signed up, you will recieve a detailed nutrtion plan and you will be educated on proper dietary choices. Remember, its a lifestyle!

           Monthly Plans

We offer 3, 6 and 12 month plans, with two three or even four training sessions per week.
